By the way, Steve Albini did tons of the tracking on most of Nirvanas stuff... the cool thing about this? If you REALLY want to ask about Nirvana, run over to rec.audio.pro and ask him. He keeps a good eye on the board, and he's very down to earth, easy going and helpful.
In fact, there's a thread going right now where some people are eating him alive over how BAD Nirvanas production sounded. Of course there are people arguing this. Check it out...
