Ok so in February I am planning on buying a new pc along with M powered pro tools and a mic, pre amp, monitors and so on. Now I have a couple of questions, if I buy the firewire 10x10 NRV10 mixer can I connect my mic to it and in turn record. Also do I need a specific soundcard for my system?
The NRV10 will act as your audio card through firewire. just make sure you disable the built in audio on your computer. Also, you can use up to 5 mics at one time.
