Newbiest question ever

I have been recording demos on a fourtrack for years but just recently I've been looking to buy a mixer. How do I run a line from the mixer to the fourtrack with all of the sound together?

look for "tape out"
most mixers have one.

(this will be 2 track only)

Or Direct Out, for individual inputs from the mixer. If you don't have Directs, you can use Inserts, but only push the cable in one click.

Yeah..I was looking at the behringer 8 channel mixers (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Live/Sound/Mixers?sku=631229.) Is it possible to run it from one of the main outs into my Tascam fourtrack?
