newbie need help with 01v96

hey guys,
I am new at digital mixing. I have a yamaha 01v/96 digital mixing board, a layla 24/96 sound card, jv5080 and tritton rack modules and a midisport 8x8 midi interface. I am running cubase sx 3 on a pc.
Can someone plz tell what is the best way to hook up this system. I am confused specially how to connect the board with the sound card.

For an analog connection just plug the left and right outputs of the board to the left and right inputs of the soundcard.

Digital connections depend on what optional cards your 01v96 has mounted onboard.
