(Newbie) Matching the Track Volumes

Hey all,

Im at the mastering stage right now and I have 2 tunes that I want to have matching volumes. Basically I have one track that I like the volume of and want to raise the other to match it.

How should I go about this? Would normalizing be involved in any way?

(Im using Wavelab 4 and Waves Native Plugins)

Use the Waves L1 to bring the lower level mix up to the level of the other one.
