I have recently aquired my VS 2400 and I need some basic advice on how best to connect my voiceworks plus,and Beringerpowerplay pro XL to the VS 2400.

Not sure what you're trying to do here. If you are trying to use one to link to the other? From what I can tell of your VS, you have 8 channels if you want to expand it, it requires an interface card. Not sure what you are trying to do, if you could exp-lain, there are lots of friendly folks that would help.

Thanks a lot,that seems simple enough even for me to follow,really appreciate your help.I haven't actually done any recording yet,I purchased all the equipment in preperation for my retirement,which I'm glad to say has now arrived.So it's all new to me,but now that I've found this site,I feel a lot better knowing theres people out there who are willing to help the likes of me,thanks again.
