I shifted your post over to the mixing forum, cuz I think you'll get a better response to your post here. I think you don't need a tutorial on how to use Audition so much as a tutorial on the basics of mixing. I'll start.
To mix well, you need to know how to do a few things:
* Listen closely to what you've recorded.
* Know how to EQ
* Listen closely to what you've tweaked
* Possibly compress this or that track
* Listen closely a few times to how the mix is sounding
* Add effects, reverb in particular
* Listen closely to the mix
* Put the mix on the shelf for anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
* Listen closely again after that time and do any last minute tweaks.
