hi I been lurking on this board and the people here know thier stuff, I been working with fruityloops studio for about a week (my friend bought it and I bought a copy from him) I have a radium 49 keyboard it midis fine but when I use vst's and vsti the notes sustain I have used the cut feature but to no avail it still sustains my input latency is fine and I switched off the auto sustain feature in the channel settings box, if someone can help a brotha out I would greatly appreciate it! ACE...out

i am a complete virgin to this kind of thing, i want to get cubase, fruity loops or something ot the sort to start to make my own dance music. the closest i have come to this before is Dance E-jay  i know, terrible. so what should i do, will i be fine using these things?, will it take me years to learn how to use them with good results? (sounds the same on the computer as it does in my head) will i end up burning the software after a week. i have the passion for it, but no knowledge whatsoever!

any help would be greatly appreciated ;)

That has nothing to do with fruityloops give me a break!

huh ? those recording tips are very usefull for a newbie.
someone posted back to me the other day he had permanently bookmarked them, and how helpfull they were. !

I agree that it is very informative information for a newb but he was asking a specific question about Fuityloops and then you spam powertracks like you always do!

Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut

Well, I guess you CAN highjack a thread...

if the thread starter doesn't show up to complain. Does manning1 have a monetary interest in pgmusic?

I'm just happy to learn of the existence of FruityLoops.

no i dont digital. i was responding to paul.
and for your info carter , a pro tools user posted the other day the things he likes about powertracks as he uses both. be glad to give you the link.
i posted because of the midi features the thread starter and paul will need.

Well then spamming isn't the right word. I shall have to check out the pgmusic.com link soon, as I have only relinquished my newB status in name, not in reality. Does it have any application to the analog recording world?

smigital. if you tell me EXACTLY what you need to do, and the features you need i'll tell you exactly whats needed to do it.peace.

People come here, ask questions and you keep sending them to freakin pgmusic. Screw their FAQ. There's more information in a weeks worth of posts here than most newbies could digest. Give a rest already.
