...it would be a looooong story to tell you what it takes. We ALL want the best. Better dig more in newbie forum, recording technique forum, computer & soundcard forum, and/or mixing/mastering forum in this BBS.

Just curious, how can you download those expensive programs without actualy know which will work for you ?

Sonar, Cubase, Acid and SoundForge is not avaiable for downloading on the net. You can buy them, but you'll have to wait for the mail with the CD.

...um...well.. er... full versions are "available" for download... ...ever been to kaza ir iMesh? I own all my software outright.. but full, working are out there for the taking, serials and reg # included. Brandon may only be talking about the trial versions, which are readily available from the company websites, to try to figure out which software package(s) suit his particular needs.

Brandon, My advise to you... ...go on the premise that you've purchased such software(or better yet, just buy it) , or you may find yourself getting a load of shit from fellow members on this site... ...seen it before... ...will probably see it again. One thing you may not know, is that there are many members of this site who are involved, either directly or peripherally in the music software industry. Downloading proggys like these is like taking $$ out of their pockets, and they don't take it lightly.

Peace, and good luck. Tom.
