New track...give me the truth!!

My new track which i thought i need some help on, i feel its missing something...but i just dont know what. I was going to add vocals to it ( Hence the really looooong intro..), but i cant really find any samples. Anyway, have a listen and let me know what you think

Ok, I'm listening, a lot of intro, lots of intro, did you post the right track? ok, some keys,...............your chords are changing but your bass line isn't - that's interesting.......I'm not sure that conflict is ok since you're not going to the IV or V chord, but the bVII, I think....ok, it's nice, but I'm just not into the moody stuff, but it's not bad, I just don't know the genre that well to comment further.

Thanks man, i was trying to bump the thread up but didnt want to just put 'bump'... The intro is extremely long yeah, like i said i was wanting to put some vocals in there but unfortunately my soundcard has bust! So at the moment its just pure instrumental. Just try to imagine some 'talking vocals' at the start.

WEW! Over a minute of that bass intro is like an audio Quaalude. Not bad once you get something else going on but still unremarkable. As far as the mix goes, it needs more ass. Get the drums up a bit.
