New to forum, want to make music

I AM A REAL NOOB

i want to make some dance music ussing my pc, i did a bit of reasear and saw the akai mini mk2, i dont know what software to use, how to map the akai mini, how do i get different sounds mapped like dance or classic etc..
PLEASE HELP!
