Yeah I have barely cracked mine open - I will have to move it to the John...

I tend to just toss mine in the recycle bin without ever opening it...same goes for my MF, Music 123, AMS and B&H catalogs.
I wish they would all stop sending them to me...and they can save a few trees.

With the Internet, the paper catalogs are obsolete and often "dated".
I use the Internet so much to shop, find reviews, info and specs, that by the time the monthly catalogs arrive...there's nothing in them that I haven't already seen.

I'm sure you guys could go tot he website or give them a call and have them remove you from the mailing list...

personally I like looking through catalogs.

But in the same boat as Arcadeko! I'll look a little funny on the can with my laptop on ......... well my lap!
With little room to wipe. :laughings:

These days I'm usually too gear-saturated (and besides, I already know which gear I want to get next), to just look at pictures of preamps and mics and whatnot....plus I already see all that gear on the Internet.
Though back in the day when I was just getting my studio together, I loved staring at gear catalogs.

If I take anything into the "library"...it's the audio trade magazines (which happen to be full of audio gear ads/reviews anyway), and maybe I'll read a music/audio article/interview...until it's time to wipe. :D

I've canceled mags...but sooner or later...they start up again. They WANT to keep sending you catalogs because they figure it will prompt you do buy something from them.
It's not in their interest to cancel. :)
