New Mics

Any new mics that are great for the home recordist?

Well .... new to me.

I just got a Sennheiser MD441 (used) and its the best, most versitile mic I've ever had.

I freakin LOVE it and use it for every thing.

I may never use an SM57 again ..... unless I have to.

I will buy a second as soon as I can find one cheap enough used.

Like my CAD m179 also.

But I sleep with my 441.
