Below is a (Copyrighted) photo of the prototype of my latest piece of Low-Cost DIY Studio Furniture.
It is a (Rolling) 12-Space Rack; 10-Spaces on top and 2-spaces underneath the small desk surface.
Build Plans are forthcoming. :thumbs up:
Lumber cost will be under $20
10-Space and 2-Space Rack Rail will be between $25-$35 dependent on manufacturer and retailer.
Wheels and other hardware will be about $10ish.
I am also designing a matching angled desk and mixer desk/work surface.

Just sayin'... Almost looks like you could fill 6-8 spaces on the bottom from the ground up (dependent on what's in the top of course).

Otherwise -- :thumbs up:

Thanks, MM!
Although Ive been wrestling with this design concept for quite some time, seeing Argosy's new "Halo" series prompted me to get this one done and to design some matching/modular sections.
I already have Build Plans for a basic 4-ft tall rack that costs about $60-$85 to build dependent on depth and amount of rack-rail.
Another thing Ive recognized is that plug-ins keep getting better and interfaces are coming with plug-ins so, for some, the need for extensive amounts of rack gear isnt necessarily needed.
In my own case, I am whittling things down so I have a decent vocal chain, a 2-bus comp, a 2-track digital recorder and my Line-6 PODxt Pro.

Yeah, put 6 spaces on the bottom for amps and power supplies.
