So i have a audiobox usb interface with a presonus m7 condensor. Any suggestions on what new gear to get? Mics? Control surface?

Well since you are recording a 5 piece mariachi band, I would say get some new mics! Or you could describe what you are trying to record and then we might have a better idea of what to recommend
