It's all in the settings. If I get some time later I'll try and do it with that plug. I am proofing an album right now, so I can't even start up Cubase.......

Oh, I guess I misunderstood - I'm gonna download it right now and check it out later. I listened to NL5's mix and this is more of the kind of music I deal with regularly around here...

NL5 - There's some kind of really highend staticy noise in your mix. I seem to remember reading that you just got new monitors or something, maybe they're not telling you the truth about the super-high end? I'd guess it's around 16KHz or so...

I am completely aware of it. It's in the tracks. I'm just not going to take the time to try and get rid of it........

The new monitors are FANTASTIC. I can hear everything. These tracks just have a lot of problems. :( (I spent a total of about 15 minutes on the mix btw)

actually I think that is my fault I had a bad cable I do believe I worked on it and got it where it wasn't sticking out so bad

yeah, i figured the band might want it pretty "hot" plus when i heard that string of racist garbage come out of the singer's mouth at the end, i kinda didn't care anymore. :eek:

oh I am really really sorry I didn't pay any attention to that or I would have clipped it before I uploaded it.To anyone that my have been offended I am really really sorry about that

There is no such thing. :) (i don't think anyway)

Cut the part out you want to swell in. Put it on it's own track. Reverse it. Apply reverb. Then reverse it again.

did you apply reverb to it? The audio should go back to normal, only the reverb will be reversed.

edit - you are talking about this effect, right?
