Not bad, I like it.
How'd you do the drums, are those sequenced? The kick and snare give me the impression that they're sequenced.... the cymbals sound very good though, whatever you used, I'm interested in it.
Guitar sounds a little bit thin... like it's got some phase issues or something. The guitar is really the thing I think you should work on the most... the other stuff sounds pretty good... if the low end could be bigger, it would be nice, but that's not really something you can just "Do" very easily. As it is, the low end is solid and tight. Is the bass sequenced too, or is that a real bass?
So maybe if you can get a little more low end out of the bass and kick, it could help to "enfullenize" things a bit, but that can be tricky to do without making it muddy... Maybe something can be done though, it's pretty controlled sounding as it is, so you have quite a bit of room to work with. You can probably get away with bringing up the levels of the bass a bit, because it doesn't really sound like it's competing too much with the guitar... I think you can get away with pumping it up a tad without muddying things up.
Then try to bring the guitar out more.... bigger, thicker, fuller, and I think there's not really much more that I can think of that would would help on the everlasting quest for improvement ...
Maybe try compressing the drums less and bringing up everything, cuz the way it sounds right now I'd say the guitar needs a little bit more compression to pop out along with the drums, but instead of having everything compressed, it'd be better to have everything uncompressed, you'll probably en d up with more life to it.
All in all, I'd say it's definitely on it's way to where it needs to be. The guitar and the low end will help it be better, but it's not really a problem per se, just the things that would be the first to be improved. As a whole, it's pretty clear and solid, under-control sounding. Playing is nice and tight, so that's fine. Nice job so far.
edit: hmm, actually the low end comes out a bit more when I turn it up a little bit... I was first listening a little lower than I usually do, cuz it's 10pm here and the walls are pretty thin. Bass is probably good, but the guitar still could benefit from being a little bigger sounding... maybe some eq could help, or maybe a little bit of compression to bring out the low end or soemthing.
How was the guitar recorded?
