I got my four on Saturday. Sound great, good isolation. They ARE short, though. I'll have to break out the Rolls distribution amp, or buy extensions. Shoulda read this thread before I bought.

Thanks again for a great product, Harvey.

I would think that if the MoreMe headphones are as light in weigh as a headphone extension cord the MoreMe cans would be pretty comfortable when you need to wear them for long periods of time?

Yes, and no. They are light weight (only 8.4 ounces), but they can be adjusted to fit pretty tightly, and if you sweat, the soft foam earpiece covers can get pretty wet.

If you adjust the tension to where the headphones are slightly loose, you will lose some of the isolation, but then, they can be worn for very long periods without discomfort.

For tracking, most of the players here have commented on how comfortable the MoreMe phones are, compared to some of the other popular studio phones.

Yes, the cans are definitely tight around the ears. But using them for tracking is perfect.

DJL, I did not get mine through Harvey, but I have 4 sets of identical cans...

They are very comfortable for tracking. I have tracked in a few different studios and these are on par or more comfortable than most of the crappy cans I have been handed in pro and semipro studios.

The sound is also remarkably good given the cost.

The 50 sets of 25 foot headphone extension cables just came in, so I thought I'd give everybody a heads up notice they're here and ready to ship. I think I can ship them airmail for about $6 each, plus $1 each for shipping.

The cool part is that if you order them at the same time as the headphones, I can probably ship them Priority Mail for that price too.

These are pretty heavy duty cables. I'll put a link on my website so that you can order them, either with headphones, or separately.

I'm figuring that's
$25 for the cans
$12 for the extensions

is $37. How much for shipping on the extra ext? Let me know...thanks, man.

Probably another $1.50 for shipping - the damn extensions weigh as much as the headphones. quote:

Harvey - I may have shorted you on shipping. I sent $37 for another set of cans and two extensions. Many apologies if that is the case. Let me know and I will rectify that post haste. Sorry.

Like I'm gonna sweat about a couple of bucks? Forget about it. ;)

You are a gentleman Harvey. Thanx. Keep selling useful stuff and you'll get a chance to overcharge me later. :D

I got my new cans and extension yesterday! Thanks Harvey! They're great for the price!!! :D

I ran my first session with these headphones last night. The artist *loved* them - they really worked well for me. The music really fell into a great groove and we got a lot of work done.

On top of that Harvey's service just can't be beat.

One happy customer,

I ordered mine on Monday and received it Thursday. I think that was pretty darn fast. Oops, I didn't realize you also sold extension cables. Just ordered one of those! Thanks Harvey. You are a great person despite what people say. Just kidding!!! You da man!!!!

Harvey,

How many sets of headphones do you have left in stock? I would love to buy a pair, but I won't be able to until a couple/few weeks from now. Thanks!

Andrew, I have plenty left, so that's no problem. If you want them now, just email me at hargerst@airmail.net and tell me what you want. I'll get it out tomorrow, and you can pay me when you have the money. That goes for anybody else here.

Due to recent events, I won't be posting in homerecording.com in the future, but I want to thank everybody who supported me during this stressful period, and I sincerely hope I helped some of you to understand this mic stuff a little more clearly.

Anyone that has questions that I might be able to answer can reach me at the above email address. I'm also around various other bulletin boards.

I will be around for the next few days, downloading some of the answers I've posted here over the last two years that don't appear anywhere else. But I won't be responding to questions.

Again, thank you to everybody that has participated in this great mic forum. Your questions have been great - and they've made me think harder about mics, so we've all come out ahead because of your inquiries.

Sincerely,
Harvey Gerst

Good bye Harvey, take care of yourself and thank you for all the help you've given on this BBS..... if you ever change your mind, homerecording.com will still be here and you know your always welcome on this BBS. Good luck with your new business and all. :)
