New analog album!

Hey y'all,

My band and I just finished recording our first album to a 2" Studer A80 at Valve Studios in Dallas, TX. I know this isn't a "home recording," but I'm really proud of the results. There are two mastered tracks here if anyone would like to listen.

Nice. But I have to ask - where are tracks 21-24? Oh - was this reconfigured as a 16-track machine?
 
I think at the time of this photo, those modules were being recapped.

Cool song! Kind of a Ben Folds vibe , sounds good! I don't think you'd get kicked out of the Analog Forum posting that pic!

Thanks MD. I wish! Unfortunately, it will only be available on CD for now; we couldn't afford a vinyl release. We should have the CDs from the pressing plant any day now.
 
Sounds great FB! I like the song I'm hearing now. Your voice sounds a little like Ryan from Guster. I like the band name and CD design too.
 
Thanks Steve! I'm not terribly familiar with Guster, though I've heard the name before. I'll have to check that out.

".... you're my satellite.." He's actually from TX too but the band started up here in Boston.
