Think about the language, you plugged your line OUT to your aux SEND. What you've done is connect an output to an output.
SEND=OUTPUT
RETURN=INPUT

If you want to send the signal from your guitar amp to your behringer, then connect the amp line output to the Eurorack Aux Return. (I sort of had a hard time following how you were actually trying to set it up though, are you plugging the guitar into the amp or the behringer?)

Sorry about the bad english m8 just hard to explain. Im plugging my guitar into my desk so i can eq it! My aux returns are stereo so i guess i plug into the left/mono?

What are all the I/O on your amp? If I follow correctly, this is essentially what you want your signal chain to be:

Guitar->Eurorack (for EQ)->Guitar Rig 2->Amp.

Depending on what kind of connectivity you have on your amp, you should plug the guitar into the Eurorack. Then you can output that from the Eurorack Aux Send. Now here's where you have some options depending on your amp. If your amp has an effects loop (send and return on the amp) then you can plug the output of the Eurorack into the Line Input of your amp (if it has a Line Input) and then connect the Guitar Rig 2 via the effects Loop like this: Amp Effects Send->Guitar Rig Input, Amp Effects Return->Guitar Rig Output. You may even have both a stereo and mono effets loop on the amp.

Now, if you don't have an effects Loop, then you take the output of Eurorack->Guitar Rig Input->Guitar Rig Output->Amp Line Input.

One thing I just noticed, it seems the Guitar Rig box has a High/Low switch on the outputs, so maybe you can plug into the guitar IN on your amp, although it also says balanced, so maybe it's not wired to accept an unbalanced plug.

lemme get this straight:

you plug your guitar into desk, then take an output from the desk to plug into your amp? you'll need to check if you're EQ is pre or post insert. if it's pre, then use an aux send. plug the aux send into the line in of your amp.

He also wants to incorporate the Guitar Rig 2 into the setup.

You may also want to consider a DI for the guitar since there will be impedence issues when plugging directly into a line level input on the mixer

right this is what i have done!

1.guitar in line 1 on mixer
2. Line outs 7/8 on my m-audio card into l7/8 on mixer
3.Control root out into the amp

rembering my line inputs on my m audio card in the alt 3- on my desk

now im stuck as my knolwage of alt and main mix and aux sends and stuff is very low. I mute/alt 3-4 on both line 1 and line 7/8 which is guitar rig and i get the most horrible back ground noise and i cant here the guitar!

can this be solved?

I think most of those Behringer Eurorack boards have line/instrument inputs

They do like all mixers ur confusing me, my guiatr is plugged in and the gain is very low but background noise is till very high.

I just noticed that when guiatr rig isnt open and im just using guitar to am when i have alt 3-4 pressed down in the sourse and move up the slide i get and intense noise like on a tv when there is not signal jus dots blissssssss noise!

When i press solo it stops and i can play a cleam sound wihtout back ground noise!

Line and instrument inputs are generally not the same thing, unless of course the instrument in question has a line level output.

But for guitars it needs to be a DI or 'hi-z' input, a regular line in won't do. I looked at the UB1204FX on-line and it only has regular line ins so a DI box would indeed be a good idea.

I bought a whirlwind di box looks good got it 4 35 pound sterling dunno what that is in dollers as im english1

I know they're not the same thing, but I've so far not had a problem plugging an acoustic guitar straight into the line in of one of those eurorack boards. I agree the DI is a better way to go, but you can do it.
