I have no use for the other components....i may go with the headphones...

but my question is how do you guys feel about the v67g or the 2003 studio?

Which would be better for an all around mic? like micing acoustic guitar and vocals and other such instruments.

The V67g is generally well regarded as a budget condenser mic, especially for vocals. I don't have one, but I wouldn't mind getting one. The 2003 is less popular. I would avoid the cheap presonus toob stuff. Headphones always come in handy.

If you need a decent pair of headphones go with the AKG K240S's. if you need more mics take the V67G although recording an acoustic guitar is not one of it's strong points IMHO but does a decent job on vox. I guess my question to you is what are you buying with a BIN and how much can you get the item for without the free stuff? Good luck.

i'm buying a firepod. they are all around 599 for a new in the box one.

This one just had extra stuff and free shipping.

I dont have any mics at all as my old and crappy mic bit the dust.

I may go with the mic you mentioned....any other suggestions?
