Need to record my music program digitally

Hi,
I am going in a music concert where I will sing with few musicians. I have a simple tape recorder (Analog) which I can use to record my music program. But I want to record it digitally so I can upload into a computer and share with friends.
Please let me know what is the simple solution to make audio recording digitally.
