I would like some advise on guitar tone and overall mix.. I finally decided that I suck at vocals so forget them.. Except the mix part.. I really am on the edge of giving the hell up.. I am down in a hole with this tone/mix/voca sucking/no words.

Anyway, any words will help. Be blunt .. I need it..

sounded good to me..vocals were a little buried here and there when the "ahhh's" came in...but all in all...good job!
And your vocals do not suck...ive heard plenty worse! :D
 
You're being too hard on yourself. In my opinion, this is really good. I like your voice a lot. It's distinctive, reminds me of the guy from Son Volt. I kept wanting to hear a big git solo though.

I don't know anything about mixing, so no comments there. Other than I don't think this song should ever much get much more "polished" that it is right now. It has a little roughness to it right now that gives it character.

Anyway, I like this style of music and I would definitely buy this.
