Need Small Group/Mic/Streaming Advice.....

My uncle is setting up a small group meeting weekly that he wants to stream live to Justin.TV. He just wants a simple webcam hooked into a computer to run the stream and then he wants to make sure he has great audio so everyone can be heard. He plans on everyone sitting in a circle and having discussion. So my challenge is trying to figure out which microphone to use? I would imagine it could be sitting on a table in the middle of the group, but I'm not 100% sure if that's the best way to go.

Also, will I be able to stream to Justin.TV from the webcam while using the mic audio?

You can combine by using, for instance, Blue's eyeball. I've seen them used around $50.
 
This is a very cool little device. The only problem for me is that I was hoping to have the camera on the outside of the circle and the mic in the middle so it can pick everyone's voices.
 
Research streaming from an external mic plugged into a usb connected video camera. ?
