Need protools help

Ok, I'm a newbie for sure, I have the mbox and protools at home. I know this is going to be a stupid question, but please help me someone.
I was using my protools, everything was fine and now, I must have done something....not sure what, but I lost my audio suite. Before, when I clicked on it, I had all kinds of options, now it just says none. What did I do? How can I fix this? PLEASE help, Thanks. Anastasia

try rebooting the computer (if you haven't done that already) or reinstalling the software. good luck.

Protools "Unexpectedly Quit" at launch w/ MBox

I've tried everything recommended by the Digidesign Answerbase to remedy this problem, but nothing's working. Anyone else have this issue? I have a Mac G4, OS 10.2.8, ProTools 6.1. It's been working great for the last few months and now everytime I try to launch the program, it quits unexpectedly just before it's finished booting up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
