Need Help with my Roland TD5 sound module

Yesterday I dropped my Roland TD5 and the LED scrolls then when it stops Y05 or something like that. I have done the factory reset but not sure how to get all of my preset s back, can someone give advice?
 
If they are presets that had you made, had you ever done a MIDI 'bulk dump' to save them on a computer? If you didn't back them up in this way they are gone.
The factory reset you performed should have brought back the factory default presets.
