Need help setting up AT2020 with mixer

Heyy, I've been recording with a Shure SM58 into a Behringer Xenyx 802 Mixer into my laptop with Cool Edit Pro for the longest time and everything works perfectly (using XLR chords plugging mic into Xenyx and then connecting Xenyx to mic jack on laptop using appropriate chord)

Yesterday I bought an AT2020 Cardioid Condensor Microphone and I tried hooking it up to my Xenyx (using the Phantom Power option of course) using the same setup i did with the Shure SM58

but when i record with Cool Edit Pro it doesn't pick my voice up.. it picks the mic up and there's a slight buzzing/ humming sound recorded but my voice isn't picked up at all :S

any ideas as to what i'm doing wrong and how to fix it?

You might not have the trim knob up enough...I think its a trim knob...might say gain...lol.
