Need chord help fast from fellow old farts- Gene Pitney

I've been away awhile and I really don't have time to be back now, but it's kind of an emergency. A friend died and I want to play 'He's a Rebel' (performed by the Crystals - written by Gene Pitney) as it was his favorite song. I need the chords (if you've got the music with diagrams, that's my preference- never really caught on to tab, but I'll take just chord names, anything) and I need it quickly. It was a bit before my time, and I'm having a helluva time finding it online, and I don't really have time right now to run all over town looking for it (the good music stores are pretty much on the other side of town). I'm planning on a slowed down solo acoustic version. And if you understood how much I hate anyone hearing me play, you'd understand how important this is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
