YF, the stuff in your bio is admirable and I meant what I said about liking your willingness to learn. You show good determination and spirit. You've made the effort to turn yourself around, no easy thing. I dig that. The point that people are trying to make is simply this ; for us to help, meet us half way and make it so we can. Yes, you'll run into some sarcastic {but often good natured} quips now and again. Sure people will go off on tangents and sidetracks that can be annoying at times (I'm terrible for tangents. It shows in my music !) But essentially, people that answer generally want to help. Loads of newcomers ask exactly what you've asked (look in the singers forum) and make it simple and 'one click' to hear their stuff. And then they get their answer.
And loads of them never return !

The first thing I noticed was the mix sounds a bit on the dark side. Mostly the instruments. I would brighten it all up a bit. Give it some 'air' around 5k. I am hearing that some tight rhythmic HH would sound good here. Not my tune tho so obviously not my call.
