Need advice about new audio interface.

Hi guys. Have been making some recordings 10 years ago and now I am thinking about to do it again. Used Cakewalk Sonar Producer, Reason 3, Arturia and a bunch of VST plugins to make some synth music and record up to 20 tracks. All I need is a good USB audio interface. Could spend up to 300$, do not need many inputs, 2 is enough, have one Yamaha synth and maybe will play some tracks on bass and el-guitar, that's all.
I suppose I stick to Sonar X3 while it's not too expensive to upgrade my older version.
Before, I produced music to mix stage while one of my friends did mastering, now I suppose I have to do whole processing alone.
Have a desktop PC with Windows 7 and XP.

Have already selected some products:
Presonus AB 22 VSL
Focusrite Scarlett 2i4
NI Komplete Audio 6
Steinberg UR 22

Which one is the best for mine purpose ? Or maybe something else ?
What do you mean ?
Thanx.

All very good products but the NI KA6 beats them all hands down for low latency and this is surely of paramount importance in a "synth rig"?

Dave.
