Need a cheap, small rack case

I need a small rack (don't need more than 4 slots) for pretty cheap; can someone recommend a decent quality small, cheap rack case?

Something in the style of this:

I just need something to mount a few rack-mounted preamps in, but don't have any room in my larger rack.

Or if anyone knows how to build one, any info on that would be appreciated as well.

you can pick up used cases for usually about half that, I think.

Check out SKB's website. They have a line that is shallower for smaller pieces of gear. don't know the price, but I'm sure you can pick those up used as well.
