This is what I use now and it absolutely rocks. Check the specs and drool. It has 4 analogue inputs (with vu meters and good preamps) on the front pannel that I can plug any mic or guitar into. Has spdif and adat in and out. I partner this with an alessis adat ai3 for an extra 8 channels. That makes 12 channels in, more than enough for anyone.
