Naiant mics for jets?

Down in "recording Techniques" I asked for advice on technique (such as microphone placement) for recording jet aircraft near the end of a runway.

I wonder if anyone here could suggest microphones?

I have a Canon Optura Pi camcorder and a Zoom H4. I'm wondering if Naiant X-S or X-T mics would be appropriate? Or what else should I consider?

This is for hobby purposes only.

Thank you.

Regards,

edit...
P.S. There is a parallel floatplane runway that I'd also like to record. I just love the sound (and appearance) of those big old round engines on de Havilland Beavers.

I would doubt it. In addition to the ear-splitting A-weighted SPL you might read on an SPL meter, I imagine a jet is throwing off very significant low frequency content. Beyond clipping the mics, you have to be concerned about completely annihilating the input of those devices, which probably have limited headroom. I would use a dynamic mic . . . like maybe a Beta 52!

Well, there it is, right from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

Thank you for your comment.

Think maybe I'll just "pull the plug" on this one.
