N00b help pt. 2

Esoteric Order of R'lyeh
So I rendered to WAV in REAPER and imported into Ableton for a quick MIDI fix for tonight. Problem is the audio file sounded terrible when I opened it in Ableton. Very low quality sound. I recorded it at the default "Better- 24 bit" setting when I rendered it, and have a comp that should have no problems. Wonder if I should turn my render options up, down, off, etc! Thanks again.

Yea, i would re-hash what your rending to... chances are you need the best possible quality wav and your rending to something shitty....
