Whats up yall? Just when I thought putting 12-15 hours a day in the studio was just too much I heard this clip of Jimmy Iovine, CEO of Interscope Records, talk about longevity in the music business. It gave me some inspiration back.Check it out.

What do you think of this? I found this clip off of the program Inside Sessions, this is my latest peice of equipment in the studio. Basically, Jimmy and a bunch of peeps from the Industry talk about what it takes to make it in the business, it keeps me inspired and informed at the same time. What do ya’ll think about it?

It's not what I think............it's what I know, and in this case it is SPAM, SPAM and more SPAM.

You have tried this same type of post under different names all around the place......................please fornicate in ascending spirals and expire.

just trying to share some useful info with other musicians ausrock, sorry if it doesn't pertain to you

SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM
SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM
Lovely SPAM...
...Oh wonderful SPAM!!!!!!!!!!

Dudes, they tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about getting into the music biz. I don't know about you guys but that type of information is priceless. You could spend $30,000 on recording schools and still not get the type of insider industry info that is contained in this collection of Books, CD's and DVD's.

I need to start writing for infomercials again.

Even if you know everything there is to know about the music business, it doesn't mean you will make it. There is very little to know anyway. Look at Slutney Spears if you want to know. Be good lookin, have some talent (not a lot), and sell yourself to the devil. Anyway, you may not be able to make any money in the music business anymore, the way things are going. Better to look into something that actually produces something tangible. Look at all these companies that are going bankrupt. They don't produce anything. They are all wheelers and dealers.

starving_artist, was that a pitch?
