The only thing playing down low it the bass drum and it's reverb tail. I can't hear and bass guitar or note sounds at all...listening with mixing phones.
It's a really bright mix..not a bad thing...I like it; but, if there is a bass guitar, I'd major jack it up, and kill off a lot of the verb on the BD to avoid mud ...during the verses, anyway.
I agree that the vox is tweaked a bit too much in the harsh zone, or rolled off too much in the muddy midsection. A little more ...not much...meat and pataytahs on it would sound nice, I think.
I like the progression...a repeating non-diatonic, temporary 'modulation'. But a deviation from it every four or eight or 12 cycles, eg, would give it more continued interest to the ear. It's a good feature...but it wears out its welcome by being used so consistantly.
Other than that, I can hear a lot of great potential...in the tune, and in your general sound-vision. Very modern. Catchy.
