My New Nowhere Radio site:

I just uploaded a few tracks and made my Nowhere Radio site. Check out New Beat 13. I made this track entirely with just the Kurzweil ME-1 MicroEnsemble and an 8 track sequencer. All the sounds are coming out of the ME-1. I bought this little unit for $100 last week and I'm just in awe at it sounds. Let me know what you guys think.

I can see the direction you tried to go with it.But I think you missed a couple turns.Piano sounded too loud.What did you do,let the appegiator ride.I'm not knocking it,it has potentials.Bust a u-turn and maybe you'll find the right direction

I'm not looking for comments on the sequencing of New Beat 13. This is just a sample of sounds more or less. Yes, the guitar riff is arpeggiated. I'm just astounded that $100 can sound so go is all.

Nice vibe. The only problem I see in there is the snare... You should lift the volume of the snare a bit. Also, in the chorus, the strings in the second bar are a bit loud. Nice beat overall...

Drums aren't loud enough... And the stabs are too loud! Try to find a nice balance between those two.

(P.S.: I won't comment on Material or any other beat including electric guitars... I don't like electric guitars at all so it would be a biased review.)

Fingaz you're just a waste of skin, an absolutely useless piece of trash. You're nothing. Why you spend you time here is beyond me, but it is something you should talk to your shrink about...seriously, you've got problems buddy.

Thanks for the replys and comments. Let me explain real quick, these are just concepts of beats. Completely unmixed, just right off the keyboards and sound modules with the mixers flat. These beats are no where near the quality of my mp3 site (those are mixed). I made the beats over the weekend and I'm just uploading for a project I'm going to be doing with Mr. Sol.

I'm just wondering what you guys think of the sounds on New Beat 13. Again those are all being generated from a $100 module.

New Beat 13 is good, though it's not really my sort of thing (a bit too "angelic" for me) but then again, things sound so different with the lyrics.......
