That's a nice looking one and while I know who Mr. Royer is I've never heard this mic.

I've been looking at the Peluso as well, and personally, I'd take that one. The fact that only the exterior of the mic is made in china, reduces cost greatly while still keeping a high quality product. Anything to do with the sound is done here in hte U.S., which to me is very important.
