didn't listen to the first but the second is pretty nice. the rythm guitar is strong. it's right in the pocket and the singing is 98%. There are still a few small vocal repairs to make but they are only noticeable because your voice is so up front in this. hard to avoid given the arrangement and i guess that's the point. but i really like vocals that way. right up front, in your face. so thanks for that.
the second guitar was a little distracting. maybe it could be a little sparser and just punctuate certain phrases? i don't know, it just didn't seem to add a lot and kind of got in the way. it was definitely not played in the pocket like the rythm guitar.
i'm only being picky, cause that's why you post here, isn't it?
anyway, i like this much. and i appreciate the open arrangement allowing the listener to hear you authentically and not a bunch of loops and midi sequences that you put together.....like me!
