IBB - thank you for the ears. It's really really hard to sing. :)

andrushkiwt - thank you for checking it out.

Mix #4 at the top. I removed mix #3 because there wasn't much of a difference from #2. In #4 I got some more presence in the BGV's and removed some cloudiness.

lol ... what a topic!

You've got the bgvs dialed in well. Tone on the gits are real good. The vocal strain is apparent more in the opening than in the rest of the piece. I'd really see if you can track it to the point where it doesn't sound painful (in the beginning).

LOVED the modulation at the end. Who does that anymore?!

Well written, well recorded, and well mixed, bud. Nice work.

This is a fun song man...just a really cool tune. I listened to mix number 3. I don't really have anything to add to the critique, I just like the song and wanted to chime in.
Rock on TripleM!

Dub - thanks for checking it out. That's probably a good idea to punch in that first section. Isn't modulation at the end awesome? I'm a sucker for that. It's like syrup on ice cream. Emphasis on the syrup. Pure sugary goodness. Thanks.

jimi - rock on jimistone!!

I remember this one from last time around. I listened to mix 3 last week, but didn't get chance to comment.

Everything well played, arranged and good separation. The only comment I had on mix 3 was that the mix could do with a little air and a touch less of the cloudiness you mentioned (for want of a better term). Your stuff often has that feel though (kinda like the Oh Inverted World era Shins if you know that record), so I didn't know if it was personal taste. Mix 4 opens up nicely though and I think you really addressed that in a good way. All sounds good and done now. Good work trip :)

:) Simple and effective. Weak link is the bass sound IMO, a little muffled or something. Fun stuff! Great to hear a tune from you again after all this time. Think I listened to mix 4.
