my focusrite scarlett 2i4 not recording sound on cubase 5 or any other song recording software

please what can i do

am running windows 10 on my pc hp probook 450 G2

my focusrite scarlett 2i4 is conneting as my output audio on my pc

i can play mp3 songs on my laptop desktop screen but cant play sound on any other studio recording software like fl studio,cubase,studio one

and if i navigate to divice , divice setup , vst audio system , asio driver on cubase i only see ASIO4ALL V2 and fl studio ASIO but can't find my focusrite usb audio codec to select as audio on

You've not got the right drivers - the asio4all is not the correct one. They usually work but have pretty awful latency on the computers I have tried them on. Are you sure you downloaded the focusrite drivers for the scarlet?
