My first mix

Im new to mixing and mastering etc. this is my first ever even attempted record and edit its not very good but i tried ha. its a cover of wedding dress english version j reyez great song. please keep it a little positive but give me tips and techniques i could use for this? thanks :D please listen to the whole thing if you can stand to. and yes i know my rappings bad im working on it:cool: ww.youtube.com/watch?v=5aOZHkoUiLA just add a w i cant post links yet.
 
Did you record the music or are you using a backing track?
The autotune is pretty obvious throughout. It's distracting as I prefer to hear natural vocals. What I do like is the edits - clean and no noise/cracks. Also the voice is good in what I think is the "natural speaking" part. The rapping is a little shaky in spots but not bad overall. It takes a lot of breath and enunciating to keep up that rap stuff and you're doing pretty good so far. More takes and comp the best. Keep it up...

Also - post this in the DJ/Hip Hop forum for more feedback...
 
its a backtrack and im bad with auto tune so i cant really choose the level of tuning yet im workin on it, and woops my bad wrong section?
