Hey, I just got a new Mac and installed my delta 1010 with the latest driver from their web site. I played a CD through itunes and it's not playing true stereo, it's not mono, but there is a lot of bleeding between the two. I played several CDs that I know and I know that's what it is. I haven't put any software on my machine yet or really played around with anything because I am still getting used to the mac. I'm not sure if it started to do this after I installed the card or if that's just when I noticed it. I switched to the internal sound device and it did the same thing. Is this familiar to anyone. Any help would be great, thanks.

Have you opened up the delta control panel at all? If so you will see little pan faders at the bottom of each channel. Make sure that these are set properly. The attached image has faders extremely to the left for WaveOut1/2 and to the extreme right for WaveOut 3/4.

oops

ok here, this is not the setup your looking for, merely an example of the 'pan faders'...

hey thanks but those are all set. it still does it if i use the internal sound card in the computer. Any other suggestions would be great.

Honestly I don't know about mac's, so I'm not much help. It seems awefully weird that it happens with both soundcards, so maybe its a setting in the 'itunes' thingy.
