If you are looking for ways to improve, I think you just lacked that emotion a bit. It is as if your just saying/rushing the words. You can just feel the emotion and meaning of the song in the original version. I think it may come better if you sing it a bit more softly and really feel the lyrics.
Just a suggestion: Also, do say something about where you are from, your goals, whats your music background history. It feels weird when someone out of the blue comes and post a song and ask for comment in one line
