Pretty good out of the box. It needs to be setup with 12's, but it definitely feels nicer than it cost. Plugged in sounds a bit thin, but useable.

How about putting up a couple of straight-on shots, like Clit did? I'm intrigued by the finish. Looks a lot nicer than it does on MF's site.
 
my Washburn oe-30 Delta King was an amazing $129 at mf. no case. had to adjust neck and bridge height
