Wow! A music site where the audio actually plays and downloads quickly! And you don't have to go to thegreatesthitsofguysmakingsoundsinthebasement/artists/genre/alternativeProgressiveNewWave/mybandname/songs.html
I agree the equipment page is questionable. On the one hand it's really interesting to see if you are a musician. On the other, it's not something you would typically see on the site of an established band or a group that's trying to push a particular image.
The front page is also a little confusing. At first glance it looks like the site for a recording label offering several bands including Escape Velocity. You probably need to indicate that the Chaos Theory CD is actually another Escape Velocity release. It looks like another band. And from reading your other materials, it looks like someone else (the DJ in Richmond?) was also mixed up. The other thing about the front page is that the "buy" buttons are a little too up front. For me at least, it takes away from the artistic appeal of the web page. I'm sure it helps for people who just want to buy a CD, but it comes across as somewhat too commercial.
I might also re-scan the news clippings. It's no big deal but the contrast is a little low. Oh, you might also airbrush the drummer's porkpie hat. Did he every play with Devo?
