My 788 is broken

BOught brand new only had it two weeks and it wont work. I know its been checked 50x times by two people. So wtf do I do? Parts of the tascam.com ddon't load so I don't know what to do. There board is also down please help this I'm so pissed. Does this thing have a warrenty how do I get it fixed?
 
First, unplug everything attached to it then turn it on, what happens?
 
Look in your manual or call 411 for TASCAM. It's a 323 area code number (L.A.) but I don't have it handy. Call and talk to service. It's covered. You pay for the cost of shipping it to them, they pay for shipping back to you, and everything else will be covered since it's so new.

That's all, you'll be without it for a couple weeks, but it won't cost you $$$ except for shipping.
 
do you have the same problem i do?????

when i turn on the 788 i get the "tascam" logo... then instead of the serching for hard drive and everything i get a frozen screen with dots on it, also the lights on the panel are kept on.
