MXL V69ME or MXL V6?

I can't decide which one to buy MXL V69ME or MXL V6. Both mics got the same price at $300. Use for voice. Any suggestion please?

20 to 30 minutes before the session is usually the norm for any tube mic, but I don't hear any difference if ya just turn it on and use it.

I read reviews that V69ME is good in stage as well. Any thought about it?

When you get the mic, let us know how it sounds, and what pre you are using... I haven't had great success with the MXL line (rather noisy from what I've experienced with the lower-end ones). Thanks!

I've got MXL603 and works great on acoustic guitar. Noise is not really a problem perhaps I have a luck in lowering my room noise.

As what I read MXL V69ME has low noise level of 14dB
