Small claims court would be a nice way of handling this. I'd do some research as to which county you need to contact for this to happen. It wont cost much money to do, just a bit of time. I did this for something about the same amount of money. Theres nothing like a sherrif knocking on his door with a court date that will fix the problem. A phone mediation may be available where you wont have to drive. He'll give you the fuckin money whether he likes it or not.

I hope he's married. It costs an extra 20 or 30 bucks to have the sherrif deliver the court date instead of mailing it but it'll be worth it. Let me if you have any questions.

Im not taking his side or anything, I have been following this and I'm just offering the suggestion that maybe something else happened...I mean its not like he made off with a fortune. I have been around here for a while and I have seen this happen before....but in the past, it was a nice chunk of change...this time...the guy was in the good guys list....so he has bought or sold here before...

Well, it's true...this guy is actually trying to sell things again. Same guy, same name, same bullshit. I posted on the new listing, the item is:
