MXL V67i Tube mic $200

meant more of a question...

just some reading on recordingreview, the sites closed down so cant search it, but seems it was the Tube mic 2 or 3 were discussing.

i see the price is back to 299...

doing some reading on the Tube mics....the v67 has the dual diaphragm, like the Neumann u67....where most others have the single...thats a price bump usually. the higher end and sonic differences for plosives..

what do you think of it? is it a lot different than a FET?
